Can I use TailorGuide Dashboard with phone?
TailorGuide Dashboard is designed to be used with computers. It is possible but not recommended.
Where I can find full instructions to TailorGuide Dashboard?
What devices support TailorGuide App?
You can activate TailorGuide and measure yourself with any Android (version 5.1 or later) or iOS (version 10 or later) based mobile device with a front camera.
What if tailor loses the encryption key?
Due the high-tech encryption, there is nothing that can be done if the encryption key gets lost.
TailorGuide cannot see your measurement pictures or restore them to the tailor.
Be sure to take care of your encryption key.
Do I need to add a new store to the stores list for another tailor in my company?
No. You won't need to make a different store for different tailors in your brand or company. You can add a new dashboard user to your store on the Settings -page in TailorGuide Dashboard.
Open the Manage Users -page and click "Add new dashboard user" -button
Does TailorGuide have an API option?
Yes. TailorGuide has an API option in the TailorGuide solution. You can find your API key in the Settings in your TailorGuide Dashboard.
